• Management Reserves the right of entry.
• Unauthorized persons are not allowed to enter the room.
• Gambling, Use of unauthorized drugs and liquor is prohibited.
• 100% of the amount shall be paid against the room at the time of checking in.
• Taxes are applicable as per Government rules.
• We are not responsible for any fault regarding the bookings made via Travel Agencies.
• If the travel agency hired by you do not pay us the reservation amount before the check-in then we have the rights to block your booking even do you reach the hotel.
• Guests are requested to submit their identity proofs at the time of checking in.
• Management shall not be responsible for lose or inconvenience caused to the guest due to theft, riot, disaster caused by any other circumstances beyond human control.
• Guest are requested to deposit their cash and other valuables in the reception counter.
• For any suggestion or complains,guests are requested to contact the reception counter.
• Any loss or damage of Bhawan property shall be compensated/ recovered from guest.
• Guest are requested to hand over the room key to the reception counter before going out.
• Smoking in the Lounge, Dining hall is strictly prohibited.
• Outside eatables are not allowed in the room except sealed, packed & bottled food.
• Please order for dinner before 5pm and breakfast after your dinner in the reception counter.
• For Elephant Safari, Jeep Safari, Sight Seeing, please contact the reception counter in advance.
• The Main Gate of Sneha Bhawan will be close from 10.30 pm to 04.30 am.
